When do I get my DEED OF ASSIGNMENT AND SURVEY (Title documents)?
Deed of Assignment and Survey Plan shall be prepared and handed over to
subscribers who have completed payment for the documents during Physical
Allocation.
Is there any restrictions of building types I can construct in the Estate?
It’s essential to adhere to the estate layout and construct your buildings
according to the designated sections. Each section has a designated use or plan, whether it’s for commercial or residential purposes, and it specifies the type of structures allowed, such as bungalows, blocks of flats, or detached duplexes.
All building designs must comply with the required building setback regulations set by the estate’s building control guidelines. These designs will need approval from the company and the State Government after you submit them for
review.
Can I start construction of building immediately?
You can begin construction once you have paid the development levy in full and obtained building plan approval from the appropriate authorities. It’s important to ensure all necessary permits and approvals are in place before starting the
construction.
