The Deed of Assignment and Survey Plan will be prepared and handed over to subscribers who have completed payment for the documents during the physical allocation.

It’s essential to adhere to the approved estate layout and construct your building in accordance with the designated sections. Each section is assigned a specific purpose—whether residential or commercial—and outlines the types of permitted structures, such as bungalows, blocks of flats, or detached duplexes.
All building designs must comply with the required setback regulations and the estate’s building control guidelines. Additionally, your design must be submitted for review and approved by both the company and the State Government before construction begins.
Can I start building construction immediately?
You can begin construction once you have paid the development levy in full and obtained building plan approval from the appropriate authorities. It’s important to ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are in place before commencing construction.
