We currently offer five agricultural clusters for investment:

· Cocoa, Palm Tree, and other Cash Crops: Minimum of 1 acre
· Livestock Ranch: Minimum of 5 acres
Yes.
·0–3 months: No extra charge
·3–6 months: 10% surcharge applies
All payments must be made directly to Timeless Assets Limited official bank accounts. We do not
accept payments through third parties, agents, or consultants.
Defaults attract a penalty on the outstanding balance. No default should exceed 6 months. After this
period, Timeless may terminate your slot. Refunds (if applicable) are processed only when a new
investor takes over your slot.
No. Perennial crops such as Cocoa, Cashew, and Palm do not require replanting once they are
established.
· Before cultivation begins: Refunds may be processed with a 30% deduction.
·A fter cultivation begins: No refunds are permitted.
All refunds are processed only when an off-taker takes over your slot.
Allocation Guarantee: If Timeless Assets Ltd fails to allocate your plot within 6–12 months after
full payment, you are entitled to a full refund plus 30% interest.
Yes, you can. However, Timeless Assets Ltd. Must be notified for proper documentation and
transfer processing.
We currently support Piggery, Fishery, and Poultry.
Yes. You can book an inspection to Timeless Farm Estate, located at Obafe, Obafemi Owode LG,
off Lagos–Ibadan Expressway, Ogun State.
No service charge applies, except for the livestock cluster, which is fully self-serviced.
No. Inter cropping is not permitted unless you have received written approval from Timeless Assets Ltd.
After full payment and allocation, you will receive:

·Payment Receipt
·Contract of Sale
management: Investors receive 70%, while Timeless retains 30% of total
harvest value.
·S elf-managed farms: A 10% administration/estate fee applies.
No. Livestock operations are self-managed by the investors. Timeless Assets Ltd provides
the land, while investors handle all operational aspects.
